These workshops are for everyone! Beginners and those with meditation experience!
Each week has a theme and will include specific breath and meditation techniques, as well as yogic philosophy. You will receive weekly handouts and there will be time for questions and discussion.
Week #1: EASE – De-mystifying meditation. Learn what meditation really is and how it can help you (yes, You!)
Week #2: AWARENESS – Enhancing subtle awareness. Become attentive to what your body is trying to tell you.
Week #3: KNOWLEDGE - Tuning in to inner wisdom. Explore how the mind works and ways to enhance your focus.
Week #4: FREEDOM - Happiness is possible! Discover the peace, love and joy within.
