I have just completed my 108 hour Meditation Teacher Training with Padma!  It has been an amazing experience and I have learned soooooo much!  I can’t wait to share it with you.  I will be incorporating what I’ve learned (meditation, philosophy, breathing, etc) into our regular classes and will also be offering some specialty classes and workshops in the near future.
