Happy Valentine’s Day – to YOU!!

It’s that lovey-dovey, romantic, sappy time of year again!  And this year, we want to let you, our students, know how much we LOVE YOU!!!  Really, if it weren’t for you, fabulous you, there would be no Unison Yoga.  So we want to say “thank-you” for making us your Yoga Home.

All of next week (Feb 8 – 13) we’ll have some special treats at the studio (it’s ok, some of the “treats” will have zero calories!) and as always, we’ll make you feel oh-so-good while you’re in class (don’t get the wrong idea here!lol)

But we’re also doing something a little extra special next week, kinda like a “Love Challenge”.  Everyone who comes in for a class next week will be entered to win a Free Synchrohearts game from fellow Mission yogi, Bobby O’Neal.

And, your name will be entered into the draw for each and every class you attend next week – so the more you come, the better your chances to win this inspiring board game. (which makes a great Valentine’s gift, by the way – I’m planning on playing the game with my husband this Valentine’s)

And of course, we are always called to show and express our Love, to Love unconditionally, to Love and be Loved in return.  So see if this week of Love, can inspire you to Love – Love others, but don’t forget to Love yourSelf.

AND THE WINNER IS: Shelley M!  Congratulations!  Shelley has won a Synchrohearts Game, donated by Mission’s very own, Bobby O’Neal!!!

After I mentioned running a Couples Yoga Workshop in the last newsletter, it occurred to me that Feb. 12th is the opening day of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.  So with that in mind, I’ve decided to post-pone the Couples Yoga Workshop March (date TBA)  So sorry for any confusion this may have caused, please feel free to call or email me.

Alicia's Esthetics Pedicure Ok – I just got the most amazing pedicure from Alicia’s Esthetics!  My feet are so smooth and the polish application is perfect!  Alicia’s Esthetics is located upstairs with us (Unison Yoga & Pure Fitness) and she is offering all Unison Yoga students (with valid, current pass) $5 off Pedicures!  You can check out her website  or give her a call at 604.226.1404 .

Yay!  I’ve got some great news!  Wendy’s back!  She wasn’t gone long, but we missed her nonetheless and are so happy to have her back on the schedule.  She’ll be teaching the Monday 9:15 am class starting January 18th.

Wendy has trained extensively over the years and is “on fire” about bringing “meditation to the nation.”  Come and check out her class!

AND THE WINNER IS…

I’m pleased to announce that Beatrice is our winner!  She came to 14 classes in December – Way to go!!!  Beatrice has won a FREE 5 CLASS PASS!

And everyone who entered the Challenge was entered into a draw to receive 25% off their next pass.  I’m pleased to announce that Bonnie is our winner!  Congratulations!

Again, thanks to everyone who participated and visited the studio in December!  Here’s to 2010 and a year filled with Yoga!
