PREGNANCY YOGA – October

Pregnancy Yoga:

This will be a 4 week session running from Oct.12 – Nov. 2 (the plan is to run another 4 week session from November 9th – November 30th)

The fee for this class is $45 and includes:

 -          personalized attention with an emphasis on each individual’s needs (small class size – 10 students max.)

-          handouts and information about pregnancy & yoga

-          time to connect with your baby

-          knowledge about your pregnant body

-          opportunity to connect with other pregnant women

-          get resources for after baby is born

-          learn yogic techniques to assist with labour & delivery

-          yoga postures that provide comfort and ease

-          and more!

Do you LOVE yoga?  Do you want to go deeper into your practice and learn yogic philosophy?  Do you want to incorporate yoga into your daily life? Then this retreat is for YOU!

International Yoga and Meditation teacher and Television Host, PADMA, will be travelling from Vancouver to beautiful Shuswap, BC to present her signature workshop: ”RELAX & RENEW-A Weekend Retreat”  

The Retreat includes:

  • 4 Classical Yoga Classes
  • 4 Meditation & Breath/Pranayama Sessions
  • SUBTLE BODIES OF YOGA: KOSHAS Workshop
  • THE POWERS OF NATURE IN YOGA: GUNAS & DOSHAS Workshop
  • YOGA HEALTH: AYURVEDA Workshop
  • STRESS MANAGEMENT Workshop
  • Plenty of time for Discussion/Questions
  • Free time for relaxation, walks, time by the lake
  • 5 Vegetarian Meals & Snacks
  • 2 Nights Shared Accommodation (arrive Friday evening after 4pm, leave Sunday afternoon)
  • Private Room available for an additional $25 per night

Accomodation/Location Info: The workshops will be held at Eagle Bay Hall.  Accomodations will be provided at a private residence within walking distance of the hall. Eagle Bay is a remote area, but there is a general store within walking distance.
