Are YOU up for the challenge? During our 12 Days of Yoga, we challenge you to come to as many classes as you can during the whole month of December – the goal is at least 12 classes – easy peasy, right?
The winner will receive (bragging rights) and a FREE 5 Class Pass!!
And even if you’re not sure how many times you’ll be able to make it (although I would encourage you to keep your practice up; the holiday excesses of food, wine, shopping and partying need to be balanced with some peace and quiet and yoga) Sorry, I got off track, as I was saying, everyone who signs up for the 12 Days of Yoga Challenge will be entered to win a COUPON FOR 25% OFF YOUR NEXT PASS!
The sign-up sheet is at the studio.
Oh, I almost forgot – the Discount! If you purchase your Monthly Pass between December 1 – 12, you will receive a 12% DISCOUNT*!! * The discount only applies to the Monthly Unlimited Pass.

Friday November 20th ~ 6 – 9 pm – What a night!
Thank-you so much to everyone who came out for this fun, festive, ethical evening in our brand new location! We had a tremendous response and so enjoyed hanging out with all of you… and nibbling on all the treats!
Our kids were there doing a bake sale with all of the proceeds going to Shanti Uganda and they raised $73!!! Way to go guys! We are so proud! And how about those muffins?!
Shanti Uganda was there with handmade paper jewellery and bags, and 100% of the proceeds will help support women and children living with HIV in Uganda. Monica’s Mobile Massage doing chair massages… ahhhhhh. Michelle Cervo Photography had some amazing photos and bookmarks. Julia with Arbonne Vegan Skincare and Brenda with Monavie also contributed to Shanti Uganda. Bonnie Dobbin’s Art Prints and recyled books were beautiful. And Kim Pechet was on hand doing Tarot Card readings, donating $5 from each reading to Shanti Uganda.
