“In short, yoga gives me the realization that “Yes I can”. It doesn’t matter where I’m at in my life, yoga is constant and always reassures me that I can keep going.Through my yoga practice I’ve found my inner strength and peace. This is something that I realize now has always been there but yoga helps me to connect and utilize it. Yoga has allowed me to work through many physical limitations, which has made me not only stronger physically, but also mentally. Now that yoga is a regular part of my life, I could not imagine living without it.” Stefanie
“…also to let you know what an awesome experience your yoga classes have been for me, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my flexibility and mobility; I really enjoy your yoga classes.” Thank-you, Bud
“I have always liked yoga but I started to practice on regular basis almost 3 years ago with Tracy as my instructor when she had her studio in her house. I like yoga because I can integrate my physical activity with my mind and spirit. Some of the benefits that my yoga practice has given me is my physical well being; I used to suffer quite often from migraine headaches, I hardly get them anymore, If I start getting one I can control the pain by being aware of my breathing. I have more energy than before and I don’t feel tired in mid afternoon. My yoga practice is very important to me. I think if I keep practicing yoga as I age I will have a good quality of life in my older years.” Namaste, Isabel
“I have done Yoga for many years on & off, depending on where I was at in my life with kids, and work. I always liked the stretching and positions and was always impatient with the meditation time. I found it difficult to sit/lie still for so long, when I thought that I had so many other things always to do. Today when I practise Yoga, I quite like the intro and closing meditation moments. It forces me to finally slow down and reflect which is very calming.” Thank you Bev
“…how yoga has changed my life: I am a much calmer person, I am learning how to appreciate everything for what it is!” Nadine
“Tracy, I just attended your class and wanted to express appreciation. I have been doing yoga at the local gym and doing yoga at your amazing facility was 10 times more effective, fun and rewarding. The atmosphere you create is amazing and I left feeling better than I have in a really long time. The experience is worth so much more than the fee you charge! Thank you again for the incredible experience. I will be back soon!” Rae T. Chois, ICF Master Certified Coach, www.blissciplineaim.com
“I had the fortune of being in Wendy’s class and I wanted to share with you both how impressed I was. I really enjoyed the class and couldn’t have been more pleased with how Wendy led the session. There was a certain balance pose that I had trouble doing and Wendy showed me an alternative and easier way of doing it. What really impressed me was that after showing me the easy way, Wendy continued to do the pose the same way I was, even though she was quite capable of doing it the way it should have been done. This might seem like a little thing but for someone who is new to Yoga it was a big thing. I think it speaks volumes as to how in touch she is with her students. I look forward to many more classes.” Namaste, Michele
“As mellow dramatic as it sounds, Yoga has been my salvation. It has been instrumental in stripping away the “crap” and getting me back to the root of who I am. Weirdly enough I had a very eccentric older brother who preached and practiced a metaphysical life style. That was the only “religion” I knew growing up, so in a lot of ways Yoga feels like home to me. It feels right. And I know it is a huge part of my becoming whole and striking that balance. Yoga has definitely created a shift in consciousness for me. The changes are subtle but at the same time are so amazingly powerful! And thanks again for your presence in my life. I hope you and Wendy realize how much you truly impact all of your students.” Ramona
